When you arrive on the fourth floor of the building, a space with beautiful wood grain spreads out, allowing for relaxation. The counter and tables are at just the right distance, making it comfortable whether you're drinking alone or in a group. The combination of the chef and service staff is brisk yet friendly, making it easy to feel at home right away. The marinated sardines with orange have a refreshing citrus aroma, and the aftertaste is crisp and excellent. The fried shirasu is crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with the acidity of the purple onion providing a nice accent. Pairing the simmered tripe with natural wine and Kagoshima sweet potato shochu enhances the appeal of the dishes and significantly increases satisfaction.
