A restaurant where you can enjoy unique Osaka sushi

Located in a residential area of Fujisawa City, Genroku is a community-oriented establishment that offers rare Osaka sushi. You can enjoy items that reflect local food culture, such as pressed sushi and inari sushi, along with a wide variety of sake accompaniments. The warm-hearted service from the owner and the comforting, homey atmosphere are appealing. They also offer takeout, allowing you to enjoy authentic sushi even on busy days.

This is a restaurant mainly serving Osaka sushi, and the atmosphere of the rolls and pressed sushi is enjoyable. The interior has a counter and tables, allowing for a calm experience. The owner manages everything alone, and their skillfulness is reassuring. The nigiri has a wide variety, and I am satisfied to be able to taste everything from salmon roe to scallops. The sweet egg has rice inside, which is a bit of a surprise. The miso soup is filled with clams, seaweed, and fried tofu, and the aroma of the dashi is comforting.
