Lialto

Rialto is a restaurant located in Dexter that was recommended to me by a friend. The staff was very friendly and made the dining experience enjoyable. The Caprese salad had delicious burrata cheese that whetted my appetite. Additionally, the pasta dishes such as ravioli, clam pasta, and cacio e pepe were all delicious and flavorful. In particular, the Bottarga Pie was an exceptional dish that made me want to visit again. Overall, the dishes were well-balanced and the friendly service was also appealing, making it a highly enjoyable restaurant. The Caprese salad not only looked visually appealing but also exceeded my expectations in taste, with the combination of clams and mussels enhancing the flavor of the pasta. The cacio e pepe had a rich sauce that paired well with the fresh pasta, and the ravioli had a firm outer layer and was filled with tasty ingredients.
