All the dishes were delicious and we were never disappointed! The only thing is that the staff and the regulars were talking all the time, which made us feel a little uncomfortable as first-timers. So I reduced 0.5.

The salt rice ball we ordered alongside it highlighted the sweetness and chewy texture of the rice, making it strangely addictive. The thick soba broth poured after the meal spread a gentle flavor of bonito and kelp, warming my body comfortably. Thanks to the warm hospitality, I thoroughly enjoyed a leisurely soba time and was very satisfied.

The teriyaki yellowtail set meal is very tasty. The skin is tender even when pierced with crispy chopsticks, and the skin with sweet sauce is cooked to a crisp. The rice itself has a wonderful flavor. The handmade side dishes are all delicious and I would like to revisit.

This is my second visit to the restaurant, fascinated by the atmosphere, the owner's smile, and the delicious sushi. My family of four enjoyed a relaxing meal. There is a wide variety of a la carte menu other than sushi, and all the dishes we ordered were delicious. When we were served a cake, a cake knife, plate, and fork were also set out for us, which was a nice thoughtful touch. Since the cake came with a birthday plate, we were presented with a freshly baked egg omelet to celebrate our birthday. The owner has a lovely and beautiful smile.
