They also accept takeout, and when I picked it up at the store, they kindly included some nigiri and inari as a service. The toppings include shrimp, anago (conger eel), ikura (salmon roe), uni (sea urchin), duck breast, and seared kampachi and salmon, with the uni and anago particularly leaving a strong impression. While waiting, they served warm tea, and I was impressed by the delicate preparation, such as the tenderness of the squid and the yuzu-infused yellowtail nigiri.
