The moment I entered, the interior was new and felt really nice. The seafood was all very fresh, and the presentation was beautiful, making it enjoyable to look at as well. The sashimi was rich in flavor, and it made me want to eat more rice. The salmon could be compared in sashimi, tataki, and seared styles, which was very satisfying. You can feel the commitment to fish from Toyosu and local ingredients. It can get popular and the parking lot may fill up, but the background music is pleasant and the atmosphere is comfortable.
