This is a calm Italian restaurant with a reservation system, and the bright glass-walled space feels very pleasant. There is ample space between the tables, allowing us to relax and enjoy the course. Each dish is beautifully presented, resembling a watercolor painting, making you want to take photos. The dishes that utilize local ingredients from Ibaraki are rich in flavor, and the combination of clams and new onions was particularly impressive. The service is attentive yet maintains a comfortable distance, providing care without interrupting the conversation. After the meal, there is a lingering sense of the nature of Tsukuba, leaving both my heart and stomach satisfied.

Both the interior and exterior had a natural atmosphere, allowing for a calm dining experience. Since I visited on a weekend, it was crowded, and the food was served a bit slowly, so I think it's better to go on a day when you have more time. The food was incredibly delicious, from the main dishes to the desserts. There are various options on the menu, so I would like to visit again. There are several chairs near the large tree on the lawn, so if you have time before or after your meal, I recommend relaxing there.

The calm atmosphere of the restaurant is very comfortable. Thanks to the staff's polite and kind service, I was able to relax from start to finish. The Yonezawa beef fillet steak is surprisingly tender, and the sweetness of the meat juice spreads throughout my mouth. The colorful side vegetables and homemade sauce further enhance the dish. The experience of adjusting the cooking level with the pellets on the table is enjoyable and makes the meal even more special. There are also non-alcoholic drinks and fragrant coffee available, allowing for a leisurely time.

The atmosphere of the restaurant, the wait staff's service, and the taste were all wonderful. I would like to go back again!
