This is the most highly recommended Italian restaurant in Kagawa. The cheeses used in their pizzas are all free of any peculiarities, allowing you to enjoy their pure flavor. Although the cost is a bit expensive, I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant as a treat.
I had written about my shrimp allergy when I made the reservation, and when I got to the restaurant, the order was on a touch screen, so what did I mean when I wrote about my allergy? I told them that I was allergic to shrimp, but after ordering, they came to ask me about it.
He also asked me if I was okay with the crab claws in the soup. I thought he was doing a good job.
I was also glad that they separated the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) into two dishes, one without shrimp and one with shrimp.
I would like to go back again.
The exterior surrounded by greenery is well-coordinated in white and green, creating a very nice atmosphere. Orders can be quickly placed using a QR code, allowing for a relaxed experience. The banana juice has both aroma and richness, and it is truly delicious. There are many options like pancakes, shaved ice, and smoothie bowls, making the selection process enjoyable. The black sesame banana bowl has a nostalgic taste that is comforting. There is also a frappe made with plenty of peaches, which is irresistible for fruit lovers.
The calm atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Japanese farmhouse makes you feel at ease the moment you enter. The thin, firm soba noodles have a wonderful aroma and are flavorful even on their own. The duck zaru (cold soba with duck) pairs the deliciousness of the duck meat with the flavor of the soba perfectly, and the dipping sauce complements it exceptionally well. The warm duck nanban (soba with duck and green onions) is also satisfying with the taste of the green onions and duck. The grilled duck, itawasa (sliced fish), fine tempura, and Senju-age (fried tofu) were all impressively delicious. The thoughtful touch of serving green onions with the soba broth is also appreciated, allowing for a pleasant experience until the very end.
Filling your heart with the aroma of charcoal grilling
Charcoal Grill Workshop Shin is a restaurant where you can enjoy izakaya-style lunch. The fragrant charcoal-grilled chicken and fresh seafood bowls are popular items on the set menu. In a calming space, you can savor a luxurious moment as you slowly enjoy the dishes. It's a recommended place where you can indulge in delicious handmade cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
The location was lovely, overlooking fields and a pond. The building also has a courtyard, which is a relaxing space that makes you feel as if you are lost in a story.
All the meals were delicious, especially the takikomi-gohan (rice cooked in a pot), which I would like you to try at least once. Also, the service from the restaurant staff was very heartwarming, and I was healed by the gentle service that made me feel as if I had come home. I would like to go there for lunch next time.
