You can choose between a chef's selection or individual items, and the chef's selection stops when you signal that you are full. It starts with plump shrimp, followed by shimeji mushrooms, beef, and crab, all served at a good pace. The fried items are light and well-drained, and each skewer has a unique twist that is surprisingly delicious. Sauces, ponzu, salt, and mustard miso are provided, and they place them in front of you, so you won't be confused about which condiments to use. The lotus root with mentaiko has a crisp sound, and the combination of cheese and beef melts in your mouth and is irresistible. You can enjoy the final ochazuke (tea over rice) and dessert ice cream skewers, leaving you satisfied until the very end.
