The yakitori sauce was very tasty, just the way I like it. The menu and the variety of drinks were also good.
I was curious about the hot egg curry, but I was too full to try it, so I would like to try it next time.

The log cabin-style building in the mountains is beautiful, and the barbecue area in the back is spacious. The interior is stylish and clean, with a sense of openness that makes it comfortable to spend time in. The pork dishes are crafted with care by experts, and even with simple seasoning, the flavors come through strongly. You can enjoy various cuts grilled over charcoal, as well as herb-grilled dishes, roast pork, and handmade fresh sausages. Dishes like tonkatsu, menchi katsu, pork shabu salad, simmered pork cartilage with daikon, and fried chicken are all delicious. Even the finishing touch of soft serve ice cream is very satisfying, making it a place where you want to try different menu items.

A little far from the city center, but there is often a line around noon.
Two garlic chips are a must.

The chicken nanban was fluffy and very delicious! The atmosphere of the shop was also very nice, and I would like to bring my parents next time. I was very satisfied with the three pieces of chicken - thank you so much! 😆
