The combination of the rich yet light soup and the piping hot Mapo sauce was delicious and addictive. When you pour the Mapo over rice, a different flavor spreads, and I couldn't help but keep using my spoon. The Dan Dan noodles and almond tofu were also very satisfying, and I felt that each dish was carefully prepared.
