Our thick noodles, made from 100% domestically sourced wheat with a unique blend, boast a delightful chewiness and firm texture that only handmade udon can offer. The dashi, made from Hokkaido kombu and Setouchi iriko, is enhanced with a splash of red and white wine, bringing out the sweetness of the noodles even more. Our bukkake udon, topped with a variety of options like shrimp tempura, fried mochi, and butter, is highly praised, and we also feature seasonal limited menus.
