A small bakery offering delicious naturally fermented bread
Located in Kyedong, Slow Bread Ogo is a small bakery that sells authentic European-style bread made with home-grown natural yeast. Their Ogo Country Bread and Olive Ciabatta are made without the use of yeast, dairy products, sugar, preservatives, or chemical additives. The country bread has a hard outer crust and a soft mochi-like texture inside, while the olive ciabatta contains finely crushed black olives and whole green olives, giving it a slightly acidic taste. Most of the bread at Slow Bread Ogo is vegan and made with wholesome ingredients.
