I am Hiroshi Kobayashi, the owner chef of Villa Aida. I offer creative dishes that utilize the seasonal ingredients and local flavors of Wakayama. Please enjoy a supreme dining experience that starts from the fields. I will introduce some of my recommended Japanese restaurants.
I have recently come to like Chinese cuisine, and this is my favorite restaurant. Chef Adachi has trained in Hong Kong and Tokyo, and possesses solid skills in Cantonese cuisine, including dim sum. You can enjoy a range of dishes, from authentic deep flavors to refined menus, while making the most of seasonal ingredients.
