Our specialty! This is a banquet course featuring our popular cheese takkarbi. The cheese takkarbi is made with seasonings imported from a popular Korean restaurant in Sendai and chicken thighs from Awaji Island, and its spiciness and rich flavor will make your drinks go down a treat! Price per person.
The main dish is our classic grilled dish. Please enjoy 50g of thickly sliced beef tongue, 80g of pork ribs, and grilled vegetables grilled at your favorite pace! This course is recommended for those who value volume and want to enjoy a variety of meat! Price per person.
We learned the direct cooking method for 'Yangnyeong' provided by the Korean restaurant 'Haruban' in Sendai and recreated it in Nishinomiya! We have partnered with the famous restaurant 'Haruban' in Sendai, popular for Korean cuisine and grilled meat, to offer their specialty 'Cheese Dakgalbi' in Nishinomiya. The ingredients are simple: chicken, onions, tteokbokki, and cabbage. The authentic 'Yangnyeong' has a sweetness amidst the spiciness, and it pairs perfectly with the 'melty cheese'! We simmer it and pour in the melted cheese at the end. The taste is, of course, great, and it looks good in videos too! Enjoy the real 'Cheese Dakgalbi'! Serves two.
The 'Thick Cut Beef Tongue' is cut thick enough to be enjoyed like a steak, with a serving size of 150g for two people. You can enjoy the 'finest cuts' in just one dish! This is a signature and service item of Gakuya that I believe cannot be offered at this price in other yakiniku restaurants. We procure fresh meat that can be enjoyed rare! You can grill it at your table, allowing you to enjoy it to your preferred doneness. Since we use fresh beef tongue, rare grilling is also possible.
