Minato is a restaurant located in the heart of Noge, specializing in tempura and eel. The interior features an L-shaped counter where you can enjoy freshly fried tempura right in front of you. The eel from Lake Hamana and the various tempura made with fresh ingredients are all exquisite and well worth a visit.
