The charcoal fire at the grill crackles right in front of me, and the rising aroma fills me with excitement. The freshly made dish is fragrant, has just the right amount of elasticity, and the small bones are not bothersome. The refreshing sauce clings to it, allowing the inherent deliciousness of the eel to come through. The interior has a calming wood grain design, and I can relax in the box seats or semi-private rooms. Gentle piano music plays in the background, creating a comfortable atmosphere. It pairs perfectly with rice, and the harmony of the charcoal aroma and sauce brings a smile to my face.
