This yakiniku restaurant located in the lively alley of Toyosu Market has a pleasant atmosphere of Japan that made me excited the moment I walked in. With various seating options like counters, tables, and sunken kotatsu, you can relax whether you're alone or with friends. The first dish that came out was a salad of shungiku (chrysanthemum leaves) with a refreshing flavor of lime and salt that made it hard to stop eating. The bell peppers, which had been chilled for three days, were surprisingly crisp and sweet, and I was impressed that they had no grassy taste even when eaten raw. The well-prepared salted beef tripe stew and juicy beef tongue were packed with umami, making it easy to enjoy drinks alongside. The A5 wagyu and fresh offal also had excellent fat quality, melting with just a light sear, resulting in a very satisfying meal.

I stopped by Toyosu Market because I wanted to eat sushi. The nigiri looks beautiful, and the traditional style is comfortable. The toppings are all very fresh; the fatty tuna melts in your mouth, the red clam is crunchy, the shrimp is sweet, and the conger eel is fluffy.
