Nishimura-style Hakata tonkotsu ramen blended with four types of pork bones. It is paired with special char siu that has been carefully prepared over time to maximize the flavor of the pork, along with special spicy takana and specially crafted thin noodles that focus on smoothness and bite.
A rich white soup made by boiling Miyazaki jidori chicken and five different parts of chicken over high heat to extract all the umami. A special bowl blended with Japanese dashi, clam broth, and aromatic vegetables. This ramen is a steadfast favorite even in Korean restaurants inspired by 'Samgyetang'. The aroma of homemade oil with green onions and aonori enhances the umami of the white soup.
Blended with plenty of aromatic vegetables, Japanese dashi, and clam broth based on Miyazaki jidori chicken. Slowly simmered at low temperature to create a clear soup without any off-flavors. The noodles are whole grain, allowing you to enjoy a rich aroma and texture. Please enjoy by dissolving the separately provided garlic chive paste to your liking.
