Our signature dish, crafted by a skilled dim sum chef who is one of the few in Japan, is made with great care. Our dim sum chef makes the dough from scratch and does not use any chemical seasonings in the filling. The gelatin that forms the meat juice is also handmade from pork skin. As a result, the flavor of the meat juice is rich and clear without any off-flavors. These soup dumplings are baked to a crispy, fragrant finish, allowing you to enjoy a layered texture and taste. Please savor the generous special meat juice.

This dish features pork that has been carefully prepared in-house, simmered in a broth made from free-range chicken and pork bones, and then sliced thinly by a craftsman before being steamed. It is a labor-intensive pork dish. It is served with a garlic sauce made from freshly peeled and grated garlic, wrapped with thinly sliced cucumber, and is a classic and popular dish in authentic Sichuan cuisine.
A deep and rich flavor hot pot that brings out the umami of bone-in chicken wings, shrimp, squid, and seven types of vegetables and mushrooms with spiciness. This dish is a representative Sichuan cuisine that stands alongside Mapo Tofu in authentic Chinese cuisine. Please enjoy it hot at the table.

This is a special Mapo Tofu that recreates the original version developed by the Chen and Liu couple in 1862 during the late Qing Dynasty. It is delicately blended with three types of chili peppers, two types of Sichuan pepper, and a dozen varieties of spices.
This spicy chicken, completed through years of training by a Sichuan specialty chef, features a deep flavor with a perfect blend of five ingredients: 'spicy' chili peppers, 'red' chili peppers, 'savory' chili peppers, 'numbing' green Sichuan pepper, and 'fragrant' red Sichuan pepper.
