The dishes that make use of local ingredients are all lined up, and it’s exciting from the very beginning. The fish appetizer is fresh, and the balance of the dressing is exquisite. The pumpkin soup has a nutty aroma, with a gentle sweetness and depth. The pasta with octopus and squid is well-coated with a rich sauce, making it hard to stop eating. The main dish of red sea bream is very delicious and leaves a lasting impression. The olive oil dish shaped like Shodoshima and the view from the large window are also enjoyable.
