Hidaka Seika, which specializes in authentic Italian gelato, and students from Kansai University have created a new 'Naniwa Gelato'!! The Gelato Veggie Team, affiliated with the Sasaki Seminar at the Kansai University School of Economics, will participate in the 'Agriculture Competition' organized by JA, a research presentation event with the theme of 'food and agriculture'! We have focused on the fact that 'Osaka traditional vegetables' have a wonderful history but face issues such as cultivation areas and securing successors. Milk is made from fresh Hokkaido cream and fresh cow's milk. The fresh cream is made only from raw milk produced on dairy farms in the Hokkaido's central region (Biei, Furano, Asahikawa). At the dairy farms, cows are fed with dent corn (corn), which is whiter in color and has a unique sweetness compared to cows that eat grass as their main food.
