In a calm interior centered around the counter, you can see the cooking process well, which is exciting. The Japanese dishes are all crafted with care, and a gentle flavor spreads throughout. The sashimi is fresh, and the sweetness and texture of the scallops were particularly impressive. Dishes like simmered hijiki and eel with sansho are also perfect for pairing with drinks. During lunch, there are sashimi set meals, grilled chicken rice bowls, and daily specials, allowing you to fully enjoy that day's dish. From the first dish to the last, the satisfaction level is high, and it pairs well with sake and bottled beer.
