Yakiniku Karubi-do Gen is a yakiniku restaurant with a friendly atmosphere that is its charm. The small 4-tatami mat shop has 12 seats, and due to its compactness, it fosters a sense of closeness between customers and staff, making it feel like dining with acquaintances. It is also possible to reserve the entire place for seven people, and during the summer, you can enjoy barbecues at the irori seating. Yakiniku Karubi-do Gen opened on April 25, 2023, in front of Kurobe Roasting in Uo-machi, Kokura Kita Ward. This restaurant was established as part of a joint project with Yakiniku Ryu-en, and there are sister stores with the same concept. It aims to provide the best ingredients with a focus on quality through a unique approach.
