【Fukuoka Prefecture / Kitakyushu - Junmai Ginjo】 Made from rice 'Gin no Sato' produced in Moji Ward, processed at Mizokami Sake Brewery in Yahatanihonmachi, this sake from Kitakyushu City 'Saru Kui 1757' is fruity and easy to drink.
[Fukuoka Prefecture, Junmai Ginjo] A Junmai Ginjo made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 55%. Using our own yeast, enjoy the floral aroma, mellow sweetness and acidity, and the crisp finish that disappears smoothly from your mouth.
A gorgeous and elegant aroma reminiscent of fruits such as pineapple and banana, with a concentrated umami characteristic of Yachiyo.
Shinrai is a pure rice sake that combines the rich flavor of rice, characteristic of mountain sake, with the sharpness of 'Hattan Nishiki'. Shinrai is produced using brewing methods that reflect the mineral content of the Chugoku Mountains.
