This is a quiet counter-only restaurant that can be found after a short walk from the station. The space, filled with the scent of wood, is calming, allowing you to relax immediately. The course begins with a delightful assortment of small dishes, followed by colorful plates, each highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The sweet bear meat, the flavorful broth in the soup, and the hand-made soba served each time all felt like stars of the show. There is a selection of rare sake, and it's exciting to try different pairings with the dishes. Finally, we enjoyed rice and two types of dessert along with matcha, leaving a happy aftertaste that lingered.
