This is a calm atmosphere shop located inside a hotel, where you can feel the history. There are chairs and tables in a tatami private room, allowing you to relax while overlooking the garden. The tofu served as an appetizer is very smooth and has a gentle flavor. The sea bream chirashi and chicken hot pot are fragrant with broth, and the sashimi pairs well with the plum sauce. The eel kaiseki dishes, white grilled eel, and hitsumabushi provide a sense of satisfaction, and the Koshihikari mousse after the meal has a refined sweetness. The interior of the shop is clean, and the staff's attentiveness makes for a comfortable experience.
