A specialty shop offering fresh and high-quality eel

Unagi Tsutsumi is a modern eel specialty shop located within a historic eel wholesale business run by the young fifth generation. Here, you can enjoy carefully prepared dishes made from fresh eel that is filleted and grilled to perfection upon ordering. The interior is clean and inviting, with a limited menu focused on eel, but the accompanying bone crackers and small side dishes are also appealing.

The interior is new and clean, with table seating and raised areas where you can relax comfortably. When you place an order, they prepare the eel right in front of you and grill it over charcoal, filling the air with a delightful aroma that gets you excited. It's fun to munch on the crispy fish bone snacks that come out while you wait. When the bento box arrives, it includes liver soup, rolled omelet, small side dishes, and dessert, making the tray very colorful. The refreshing scent of sudachi in the liver soup enhances the rich flavor of the fatty eel. While admiring the cute eel design on the small dishes, I enjoyed the thick, fragrant eel and fluffy rice until the very end.
