Pure rice sake brewed with the water and climate of Nakatsugawa-juku at the foot of the sacred peak Enasan. The goal was to create a sake that pairs well with meals, allowing the cup to flow while eating. We have crafted a light and refreshing pure rice sake.
[Akita Prefecture] When you take a sip, you can feel a subtle sweetness, but as soon as you swallow, an intense spiciness rushes in, making it a very dry sake with a quick impact.
[Niigata Prefecture] This sake is made using a rare 'medium hard water' in Japanese sake breweries, which gives a strong mineral feel and a soft, dry taste.
[Aomori Prefecture] The fruity sensation is minimal, but it has a volume characteristic of unfiltered nama sake.
