The first IPA from Brewmaster Mitch Steele couldn't have been anything but an IPA... this IPA. It's dry hopped with Simcoe & Centennial and is perfectly hoppy with a classic piney, resiny and citrusy hop profile and a mild malt character in both nose and taste. Bitterness is smooth, but substantial and it finishes dry but with a balanced body. Mitch says "it's everything I want in an IPA. It's pleasantly bitter, yet drinks smoothly and has a wonderful blend of hop flavors dominating the aroma, taste and finish
Hoptropolis is a thriving hop mecca built upon a foundation of Citra, Mosaic, Azacca and Loral hops to add lots of pear, peach and pineapple notes. This American IPA brims with tropical fruit, floral, citrus and stone fruit hop aromatics. It pours a strikingly golden color with a light haze. Upon arrival, the first thing to notice is its enticing aroma, which is intensely fruity, reminiscent of fruit cocktail with lots of pear, peach and pineapple plus a distinctly dank, but balanced finish. Taste is dry and crisp with pleasant lingering bitterness. You'll want to spend a little extra time exploring this hop haven - there's so much to sip and do
Hazy Like a Fox, our first Hazy IPA, is Double Dry Hopped with El Dorado and Azacca hops to provide juicy, pineapple and tangerine flavors. Brewed with a blend of pale malt, oats, wheat, flaked barley and lactose, it pours a pale gold with an opaque haze. Pineapple and tangerine hop aromatics dance together in the nose while its taste is very soft with a juicy orange and tangerine finish. With a bit of brewers' magic, we gave this beer a very soft and smooth mouthfeel with low perceived hop bitterness. Hazy Like a Fox was double dry-hopped, once during fermentation to give it huge orange juicy character and again post-fermentation to derive intense hop aromatics
Clean, crisp and refreshing with enough character to keep you coming back for more. Features a crushable mix of all American malts, Hallertau, Hersbrucker and Lemondrop hops and flaked maize. The result is a lager that we are proud to brew and we hope that people are proud to drink
This golden, German-style pilsner combines tradition with modern hopping techniques for a nice floral hop character. Brewed with German Pilsner malt, Euphonia's hops are added late to provide a soft bitterness and vibrant hop aroma. Hopped with Warrior, Citra, Mosaic and Eldorado hops, this celebratory ale features a unique dry-hop aroma and flavor. Rice Cold IPA is a mash up of a Mexican Lager and an IPA created by brewmasters Mitch Steele at New Realm Brewing and Shaun O'Sullivan of 21st Amendment. The result is a crisp, pale gold ale with substantial hop character. The Cashmere hop is the star in this profile, providing flavors of melon, backed by peach, citrus and herbal notes. A Hazy DIPA hopped exclusively with hops from New Zealand. Wai-iti, Motueka and Rakau hops combined with Norwegian Kviek yeast gives this monster DIPA a cretaceous amount of juicy, fruity notes such as mango, pineapple, peach, apricot and citrus. Balanced with an herbal, piney and lightly dank full body, this hazy beast is the ruler of the realm!
Collab with Sixpoint Brewery We got together with Sixpoint and had to bring out the full arsenal. Bru-1 and HBC-586 are unreleased hops… they're those ones that are just about to become household names (once they get official names!) in a couple years. Huge pineapple character from Bru-1, and we're getting an insanely complex fruit medley from 586. Sabro you may have heard about: ripe tropical fruit and coconuts. Then we topped it off with our direct-sourced Idaho 7s that are crazy aromatic. Buckle up for this one
CJ's Porter is a small-batch release brewed with 100% English malts, including Simpson's Coffee Malt, which provides the roast character and color. Brewed to raise a glass to CJ P., our former Director of Brewery Engineering & Maintenance
Oaxaca Choca (pronounced: WA-HA-KA CHA-KA) is our Imperial Mexican Chocolate Stout brewed with vanilla, cinnamon, chili peppers & locally roasted cacao nibs from our BeltLine neighbors Xocolatl Small Batch Chocolate at Krog Street Market in Atlanta. Saddle up for this rich, sweet imperial porter brewed with toasted coconut and cacao nibs. English chocolate and German pilsner malts provide an ent- "icing" chocolate profile, while dark roasted crystal malt adds light plum and raisin notes. Lactose sweetness jockeys for position with Belgian candi syrup for added complexity
Tastes just like Grandma's oatmeal cookie. Expect flavors of dark, roasty malt, spicy cinnamon, sweet raisin and oats plus a subtle hint of chocolate
Get in the Irish state of mind right here in the South. A classic take on the Irish Dry Stout style, this black beer is crowned with a light tan head. Its aroma teems with roasted malt, coffee and hints of nuttiness and cocoa. Take a swig and find that its taste follows right along, but with some slight fruity esters from its yeast. Don't be intimidated, this beer may be dark as midnight in southern Ireland or southern Georgia, but it's smooth, clean and dangerously drinkable. Put down a few of these and you'll slip into a Southern Brogue of your own!
Introducing our first American Stout, a true American classic style from the New Realm. Pours deep brown with a tan head. This easy-drinking pilot Berliner Weisse is brewed in the style of an Arnold Palmer with black tea, lemon and lactose for a dose of sweetness. This is a well balanced, but expectedly sweet concoction that we're that goes down unbelievably smooth on a barstool and a golf course alike

The aroma consists of a light malt character, fruity Belgian yeast esters with hints of clove. Very dry and crisp. Easy drinking and refreshing
This strong ale is brewed with a nod to 18th century English ales. A six-hour kettle boil provides a full-body, deep amber color, crème brûlée-like maltiness, and a touch of herbal hop aroma. Warming notes of toffee, caramel & rich fruity character keep you toasty as the autumn evenings cool
This Historical Mild Ale with Heritage English malts, classic English hops and Whitbread Yeast is based on 1865 Whitbread recipe. For the style, its got high ABV and it's a beautiful classic mix of malty, bold and bitter. The recipe was unearthed by beer author and historian Ron Pattinson, who also helped brew it with us!
We cranked this strong black lager up to a 6.4% ABV. Schwarz and All Imperial Schwarzbier was brewed because our brewery was flush with a healthy crop of lager yeast and we wanted to try our hand at this often under-appreciated style. Brewed with Pilsner malt, Munich malt, dehusked black malt and sterling hops
Our 1st German-style smoked lager-a traditional style coming from Bamberg, Germany. Smokethrower is brewed with all German malts, including dark Munich and Carared, plus the traditional German beechwood smoked malt. Dried Pasilla Peppers add a touch of heat to accentuate the smoked malt character
Pours a beautiful crystal-clear brown with a tan head of foam. Taste is bready and roasted, like brown bread, with a smooth, medium body and lingering maltiness
One of our most requested styles has finally arrived! This delicious German-style wheat beer was concocted by our brewer Eric, who spent many years brewing German beers in a German-style brewhouse here in ATL. Incredibly thirst-quenching, this low-abv beauty goes down just right. Pours hazy gold with a thick head of foam. Lots of banana esters followed by light clove notes. Malty and bready in the taste with a lingering banana and clove yeast character. Very mild, very thirst-quenching
