In a traditional and calm soba restaurant, the moment you enter, your heart relaxes. The teamwork of the two staff members is excellent, and their meticulous work is evident. Inside the restaurant, there are decorations that evoke the presence of the previous generation, and history is alive. The two types of soba served in a wooden tray have a faint aroma of tea soba, and the country soba is of just the right thickness, going down smoothly. The wasabi served with the board of sashimi is refreshing and clears the nose. Finally, when you savor the soba broth and dipping sauce, a gentle aftertaste lingers.
