In a calm and softly lit interior, you can spend your time leisurely. The first dish that came out, mackerel sushi, had a wonderful aroma, which lifted my spirits right from the start. The fish prosciutto (amberjack, sea pineapple, and fatty mackerel) had just the right amount of moisture removed, allowing the umami to be felt intensely. The smoked platter had smoke gently rising from the dish, making both the aroma and presentation enjoyable. The Matsuzaka beef sushi melted in the mouth, leaving a happy aftertaste. There was a selection of local sake from Iwate that paired perfectly, and I was able to relax and savor it in a private room.
