When the food is ready, you are called by number, and you can casually go pick it up yourself. The noodles are slightly whitish with a pleasant aroma and have a firm texture. The dipping sauce has a refreshing umami flavor, allowing you to enjoy the classic taste of the 80/20 soba. There is also a facility where you can experience soba making, which is exciting even just to watch.
