★★ NEW OPEN December 2024 ★★ Open for a limited time at the back of the bar space of "The Flats. Restaurant/Bar" on the first floor of the hotel "Chatrium" located in Hirafu, Niseko, Hokkaido. You can enjoy sushi made with carefully selected seafood from markets in Hokkaido and Toyosu Market in Tokyo. For inquiries regarding reservations, please contact reservation@theflats.jp. [Information from The Flats. Sushi] ・We may not be able to accommodate your request for seating. ・Please be sure to contact us if you are late for your reservation. ・Due to seating circumstances, we may cancel your reservation if you arrive 15 minutes later than your 　　　　　　reservation time. Thank you for your understanding. ・The surrounding roads are very congested, so if you are coming by car or bus, please allow plenty of time. [About cancellations] Please pay for food and drink at the store you use on the day. A cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged for cancellations without notice or cancellations during the period in which charges are incurred. We will charge the cancellation fee using the credit card information we have kept. [Service Charge] An additional 10% service charge will be charged.
