The freshness of Hokkaido's vegetables, fruits, and milk is evident, allowing you to appreciate the quality of the ingredients. In the evening, there is a course meal that includes everything from appetizers to desserts, and both the fish and meat dishes were satisfying. I enjoy the spacious seating where you can relax, and the international atmosphere with many overseas guests.
