Okayama Prefectural Koyo High School × Kumaya Sake Brewery (Kurashiki City) Raw Rice / Omachi Rice (Produced by the Agricultural Department of Okayama Prefectural Koyo High School) has a smooth umami and moderate sweetness with a refreshing aftertaste - it embodies the passionate feelings of current high school students. <Origin of 'Dream Realizer'> The rice producers cultivate rice with the 'dream' of a good harvest. The sake producers create sake with the 'dream' of those who will drink it. Those who have dreams and work hard are the ones whose dreams come true. This sake is made with the hard work and various 'dreams' of many people, and we want to convey that effort leads to success and that 'dreams' can come true. With these feelings, we grow Omachi rice, design the label and bottle, and produce this sake. We hope that more people will drink it, and for each person who drinks it, a 'dream' will come true. Tsuji Honten (Maniwa City) uses 100% Okayama-grown Omachi rice as the raw material. It is a dry sake with a sharp finish, while enjoying the umami and flavor of Omachi rice. Available in glass and tokkuri.
Yamase Brewery (Ibara City) Raw rice / The characteristic of Omachi rice is that it matures quickly. The amber-colored sake is a sign of aging and flavor development. When warmed, the taste expands even further. Glass and Tokkuri available.
Kodawari Sakaba means a place that is particular about its drinks, and this is a lemon sour that is not sweet, with a strong lemon flavor! It is a perfectly balanced lemon sour with sake and lemon!
