I was excited after seeing the sample at the entrance, but the actual fish was even fresher than I imagined. The sushi had a nice balance with the toppings being soft and the rice creating a pleasant unity. The sashimi was perfectly chilled, and when it entered my mouth, the umami spread out, with the side dishes being refreshing as well. The fried horse mackerel was crispy, and the fluffy flesh was in four pieces, which made me happy. The miso soup had a strong dashi flavor, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down until the end. It's located right by the station, and the touch panel ordering is easy, making it a place you can casually drop by.
