This shop is located in a residential area and has a somewhat hidden atmosphere. Inside, there are counters, tables, and tatami seating, and it was lively with regular customers. The grilled dishes are freshly made and piping hot, allowing you to fully appreciate the deliciousness of the locally sourced chicken that was freshly slaughtered in the morning. The crispy skin is great with salt, but can also be enjoyed lightly with vinegar soy sauce or ponzu, and it’s not heavy as the meat is attached to the skin. The chicken wings and 'senzan-ki' (fried chicken) are tender and juicy, pairing well with the slightly sweet sauce. The grilled eggplant, cabbage, stuffed bell peppers, and grilled onions are all fragrant, and were enjoyable with the sweet sauce or ponzu.
