Yamatori's signature winter dish, "Duck & Chicken Nabe" is available as a limited course. The soup is carefully extracted from the guts of our original jidori chicken brand "Iyo Suigun Chicken" and served with 11 different ingredients. This is a luxurious course of Jidori chicken thigh and duck.
Yamatori's famous "Kamo-nabe" (duck hot pot) is available only for those who make a reservation by phone. It is served with many ingredients in a soup carefully extracted from the guts of "Iyo Suigun Chicken," our original local chicken brand.
