The Western-style restaurant in the hotel has an open and calm atmosphere. The slightly thin noodles are well coated with a light meat sauce, allowing you to deeply appreciate the traditional flavors. The Neapolitan style, served on a hot iron plate with a thin layer of egg, offers a satisfying balance of good texture and gentle sweetness from the tomatoes. The salad with grilled salmon has a delightful aroma of soy sauce, and the addition of salmon roe adds a fun accent. The homemade three-color bread and baguette are also fragrant and pair perfectly with the dishes. It is easy to use casually, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely meal.
