Irigansu is a product made by mixing fish paste and onions with a spicy kick from chili peppers, then coating it in breadcrumbs and deep-frying it. The name comes from the Hiroshima dialect 'gansu' (meaning 'is' or 'to be'). At the Kusatsu Kaki Goya, we sell the special Kaki Irigansu (400 yen). Please enjoy the Kaki Irigansu that you can only taste here. *You can only eat it at the Kaki Goya, so don't miss out! It's really delicious! (Hiroshima dialect) It's perfect as a snack with alcohol, and it pairs exceptionally well with draft beer! You can also take it home, so how about it as a souvenir?
