(Chicago, IL) 14..2% ABV 10oz. $9 Brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at our original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

(Portland, ME) 5% ABV 16oz. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slighly cloudy in appearance. If you like Blue Moon or Hoegaarden you will LOVE this!

(Kalamazoo, MI) 5.8% ABV 16oz. $5 - A smooth, toasty brown ale, Best Brown Ale is a mainstay in our fall & winter lineup. With hints of caramel and cocoa, the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, but does not come across as heavy. This balancing act is aided by the generous use of American hops.

(Paso Robles, CA) 4.9% ABV 16oz. $6 Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of California-the 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we're from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state.

(Cherry Hill, NJ) 7.2% ABV 16oz. $5.5 Very lightly filtered, the Grand Cru exhibits complex mouthfeel, strong malt flavors, a spicy hop presence and a soothing alcohol warmth, followed by a clean, dry finish. Bottle conditioned, it is excellent with food as well as served by itself.

(Portsmouth, NH) 4.9% ABV 16oz. $5.5 - It's our next step in our quest to brew the perfect low-alcohol, high-flavor, hoppy American ale. We learned a few things from brewing ParadoX earlier this year, like lowering the alcohol content and avoiding the terms "session" and "IPA."

(Hershey, PA) 11% ABV 12oz. $6 - The combination of Cherries, Honey, and Chocolate Malts delivers gentle fruits and subtle spices. Fermented and aged with a unique yeast, this ruby red beer has significant warming strength that underlies the character of this Ale.
