The moment I entered, the lively atmosphere reminiscent of the old days was pleasant. The staff's attention to detail was meticulous, and I was delighted by the first dishes that featured tomato and garlic-flavored tofu and a small bowl of cucumber. The black wagyu beef was all well-prepared, and the flavor expanded with each bite. The premium tongue can be enjoyed lightly with a grated sauce, while the premium loin has a gentle sweetness from the fat that spreads beautifully, and the offal and premium tripe reflect careful preparation. They teach you how to eat, so lightly warming the lettuce and pairing it enhances the flavor even more. The finishing stone-grilled bibimbap had a wonderful harmony of fragrant crispy rice and ingredients, leaving me satisfied until the very end.
