The sashimi platter is diverse, with fresh options like yellowtail, flounder, and medium fatty tuna. The agedashi tofu has a unique appearance, and the salt-based broth has a gentle flavor. The tempura of spear squid is tender and brings a smile to your face. I enjoyed the plum sour and Akaboshi, and the attentive explanations made for a comfortable atmosphere.
