The chef and the staff were very pleasant, and I enjoyed all the courses very much. I especially liked the monkfish liver and had a second helping. The final dish was a soup with Spanish mackerel, which was also very delicious, but since lunch had less fat, I felt that having something sweet like red bean paste or homemade ice cream at the end would have been just right to settle my stomach. I'm happy that a delicious sushi restaurant has opened in Yamato. I will use it again.

Every dish was meticulously prepared, and it was consistently delicious from the appetizers to the end. The combination of smoked salmon with figs and sautéed shrimp was enjoyable and aromatic. The duck leg confit had a crispy skin and was moist and juicy inside, providing a satisfying experience. The hot bread paired well with each dish, making me smile at the great compatibility. The dessert, including the Mont Blanc tart and pudding, was also impressive, and I felt that the texture and composition were well thought out. It seems there are also game dishes and seasonal offerings, and I am happy to discover something new every time I visit.

The space is comfortable, and the bright window-side seats are very calming. The chairs are comfortable to sit in, allowing for a relaxed experience. The course meal flows well with appetizers, salads, soups, and mains, making it enjoyable. The pasta has a nice chewiness, and the Bolognese and Carbonara have a rich flavor. The seasonal vegetables and fish dishes are also impressive, especially the sea bream with citrus and the tender beef cheek. The staff's service is attentive, and the small flowers on the table and the cakes from the sister store that can be enjoyed in the restaurant are also appealing.
