The restaurant offers courses from 5,000 yen and up according to your budget and wishes. Courses are available for 4 persons and up. Guests ordering a course will be guided to the upstairs tatami room.
Our sushi toppings are sourced from seasonal seafood, so they change daily. The following are items that we generally have available year-round: red clam, horse mackerel, sweet shrimp, crab, octopus, shrimp, kohada, tuna, egg, conger eel, squid, salmon roe, herring roe, sea urchin, and others. ●Rice used: Kogane Senkan from Kagoshima Prefecture ●Alcohol content: 25 degrees Tominokawa, made with yellow koji, is carefully crafted using meticulously polished 'Kogane Senkan'. It is a refined sweet potato shochu with a refreshing citrus aroma and a crisp mouthfeel.
Varieties: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle. The taste features herbal and citrus flavors. Thanks to the high altitude, it maintains a refreshing acidity, accompanied by a rounded and vibrant long finish.
