In a traditional and calm interior, you can relax and spend your time comfortably. The layered bento box has two tiers; the eel on top is crispy with a charcoal aroma, while the eel in the middle is fluffy from the steam of the rice. The rice is piping hot, allowing you to enjoy it deliciously warm until the end. The sauce has a sharp soy sauce flavor that enhances the umami of the eel. The savory aroma from the binchotan charcoal and the tenderness of the Aichi eel combine to provide a great sense of satisfaction. It also comes with a liver soup, and I eagerly devoured it in the nostalgic atmosphere.
