The seasonal taiyaki for May is 'Apple Custard'! This is an apple taiyaki with a popular custard cream on top of sweet and ripe Akane apples. It's like an apple pie, but in taiyaki form (o´罒`o). It is generously sprinkled with the classic powdered sugar that is a staple for seasonal taiyaki.
