The fragrant soba made from stone-milled flour was very impressive. The interior of the restaurant, where you can see the soba-making area, is quiet, and the tatami seating where you take off your shoes and the calm private rooms are comfortable. The tempura is freshly fried and well-prepared, and I especially appreciate the careful finishing of the shrimp. The soba broth is thick and enjoyable until the end. The menu mainly features seiro soba, with combinations of duck, grated yam, seaweed, and warm herring, making it fun to choose. There are also handmade decorations and a playful atmosphere, conveying a commitment to quality through the soba kaiseki and the two types of soba.
