We craft delicious courses based on the motto, “Seasonal ingredients, prepared in seasonal ways.” The menu changes monthly. We offer an 8-course meal for 3,850 yen. This course includes a whole 3-year torafugu (blowfish). 3 persons are satisfied with this course, 4 persons are satisfied with this course, 5 persons or 6 persons.... This is our monthly “All-You-Can-Drink” course featuring seasonal ingredients. ◎ We’ve crafted this delicious course under the motto, “Seasonal ingredients, prepared in seasonal ways.” Why not treat yourself to this course—available only for a limited time—on special occasions such as banquets or business entertaining? Please note that there are no dishes served on large platters for sharing. All dishes are served individually, one plate per person. The menu changes monthly. This course features 10 dishes for 5,550 yen—it’s an upgraded version of our “Uneri” chef’s choice course, which includes sashimi from the best cuts plus two additional premium dishes.
